Northstar Unifies SENPOS and MiClub Leadership for Growth
Chris Little will lead both golf club software providers from November 2026, aiming for enhanced product development and customer support across their platforms.

Northstar Consolidates Golf Software Leadership
Northstar Technologies, a global provider of club management platforms, announced a new unified leadership structure for its acquired entities, SENPOS and MiClub. This strategic move, set to commence in November 2026, aims to integrate operations and drive further expansion.
Chris Little, who currently serves as CEO for MiClub, will broaden his role to lead both SENPOS and MiClub. This expanded responsibility focuses on fostering greater collaboration, sharing expertise, and integrating resources across product development, technology, operations, and customer support functions for both software providers.
Northstar acquired MiClub in October 2021 and SENPOS in 2024, progressively building its portfolio in the club and hospitality technology sector.
Key Leadership Transitions at SENPOS
As part of this organisational shift, long-standing SENPOS leaders George Tuntevski and David Potter will depart the business at the close of October 2026. Their tenure saw SENPOS develop into a respected provider of point-of-sale solutions. Taking on a crucial operational role, Thomas Rabl, a veteran with 17 years at SENPOS, has been appointed Director of Operations for SENPOS.
Rabl's responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, ensuring uninterrupted operational flow, supporting the team, and maintaining high-quality service delivery for clients. This transition underscores a commitment to continuity while aligning the companies under a single management vision.
Expanding Reach in Club and Golf Management Solutions
SENPOS, established in 1998 by Sharp Electronics Group, provides point-of-sale (POS) systems to over 400 clubs, emphasising customer interaction and streamlined workflows. MiClub, founded in 2000, offers golf and club management software solutions to more than 1,000 clubs and courses across Australasia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Northstar Technologies, known for its single-database platform designed with leading clubs, provides enterprise-grade services to over 1,000 clubs worldwide. Northstar has significantly increased its investment in both SENPOS and MiClub, targeting product development, customer support, and training, with new releases and service improvements planned throughout 2027.
Implications for Asian Golf Clubs
For golf clubs in Southeast Asia and Australasia utilising MiClub's management software or SENPOS's POS systems, this leadership unification signals a period of enhanced service and technological advancement. With Northstar Technologies committing increased investment, clubs can anticipate a suite of new product releases, integrations, and service upgrades throughout 2027.
Chris Little's dual leadership role is expected to drive more cohesive development, potentially leading to integrated solutions that streamline operations for golf courses and clubhouses.
Asian operators should therefore monitor these upcoming developments for opportunities to improve their member experiences and operational efficiencies, particularly as new features roll out next year.
