Project planners, Vinhomes Market, reported the official groundbreaking occurred in December 2025. As of August 2026, various areas of the development have moved into active construction. This work includes land preparation and initial infrastructure. Internal road networks and technical systems are also taking shape. The golf complex remains under development within the approved master plan.
Integrated Golf and Leisure Facilities
The planned 12-course golf complex will not operate as standalone facilities. Instead, it integrates into an extensive ecosystem of urban development, resorts, and leisure amenities.
