GCSAA Conference and Trade Show Returns to New Orleans in 2027
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America will host its annual conference and trade show from January 18–21, 2027, concluding its centennial year with over 400 exhibitors.
Centennial Celebration Concludes in New Orleans
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) will bring its annual Conference and Trade Show back to New Orleans from January 18–21, 2027. This marks the first time the event has been held in the city since 2009.
The GCSAA, alongside its partners, the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA) and the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), plans to deliver a comprehensive programme. This includes interactive education, networking opportunities, and a showcase of industry innovations. The 2027 conference is also set to conclude the GCSAA's year-long celebration of its 100th anniversary.
Pre-Conference Championships and Main Venue
Before the main conference begins in New Orleans, the GCSAA Golf Championships, presented by Toro, will run from January 16–18, 2027, in nearby Biloxi, Mississippi. Following these championships, the educational conference and trade show will move to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
The event aims to provide professional development and networking for individuals involved in the management, ownership, and construction of golf facilities. Registration for the conference is currently open and can be completed via gcsaaconference.com.
Programme Highlights and Exhibitor Presence
The conference schedule features a variety of activities across its four days. Monday, January 18, will focus on educational seminars, Power Hours, and Interactive Facility Tours, alongside an Opening Session and Welcome Reception, both supported by Syngenta.
Tuesday, January 19, starts with a Health in Action 5K Run and 2K Walk, also presented by Syngenta, followed by a full day of educational content. Wednesday, January 20, marks the opening of the trade show, featuring more than 400 exhibitors displaying the latest industry solutions.
The trade show continues on Thursday, January 21, which also includes the GCSAA Annual Meeting and Election, concluding with a Closing Session and Reception, supported by John Deere.
