Expanded Collaboration in New Clark City
IMG and Hann Reserve have announced an expanded strategic partnership, building on a prior collaboration that supported the resort's pre-opening phase. The renewed agreement focuses on positioning Hann Reserve, located in New Clark City, Philippines, as a leading golf and lifestyle resort globally.
Hann Reserve is the exclusive development partner for the PGA of America within the Philippines, driving its objective to create a comprehensive destination that combines golf, hospitality, and real estate offerings.
This partnership extension sees IMG providing support for the resort's next growth phase, encompassing enhanced guest experiences, operational excellence, international marketing, and access to IMG’s extensive global network across golf, travel, and hospitality sectors.
Three Championship Courses Under Development
Development at Hann Reserve continues to progress, with the initial 18-hole championship course, Dragon’s Landing by Nicklaus Design, already operational and reportedly receiving positive feedback from golfers and industry observers. The resort plans to open its second course, Six Moons, designed by major champion K.J. Choi, in late 2026.
Following this, Caverns Deep, a course by Faldo Design, is scheduled for completion. These three 18-hole layouts are intended to establish Hann Reserve as a significant golf resort offering in Asia, reinforcing its standing as a landmark golf destination.
The entire Hann Reserve development spans 450 hectares and is situated approximately two hours north of Manila, with Clark International Airport just 20 minutes away.
Global Network Access and Marketing Support
Under the expanded agreement, Hann Reserve will integrate into the IMG Prestige Network, an exclusive group of golf clubs and destinations worldwide. This membership facilitates opportunities for collaboration, reciprocal guest benefits, and the sharing of best practices among network members.
It will also grant Hann Reserve members preferred access and exclusive privileges across the entire IMG Prestige network. Russell Hannah, Vice President of IMG Golf Course Services, stated that IMG has worked closely with Hann Reserve since the project's early stages.
He added that IMG is pleased to extend the relationship and support the resort’s ongoing growth through guest experience programmes, strategic marketing, and access to IMG’s global network in golf and luxury travel.
